Since 2003, Dr. Christopher Toomey has set out to create the kind of dental practice he'd always imagined – a high-tech, low-pain facility with a cheerful and professional staff, in a beautiful office setting. His vision resulted in an environment that his patients not only enjoy visiting, but actually look forward to!

A graduate of the University of Maryland, College of Dental Surgery, Dr. Toomey formerly served as Associate Director of the Residency Program at The Veterans' Administration Hospital of Baltimore. A strong proponent of continuing education,
Dr. Toomey has obtained advanced training from The Dawson Center, which focuses on healthy bite alignment. Applying this technology in his own practice,
Dr. Toomey has seen tremendous results for his patients and their overall health, including the elimination or reduction of TMJ disorder, headaches, grinding and cracked teeth. Any work done in his office, takes the bite relationship into account, ensuring longevity of that investment and harmony with your other teeth.

By patient request, Dr. Toomey now also performs a number of minimally invasive cosmetic facial procedures. His extensive training in facial anatomy and physiology make these simple procedures a natural addition to the menu of available services at Toomey Dentistry.

A family practice in every sense of the word, Dr. Toomey and his wife Daniella live in Baltimore County with their three boys, Stefan, Christian and Winson, and quite a collection of rescued pets. In their spare time, the family are avid sports fans, and enjoy boating and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay.
