Insurance:
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of
the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance
provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which
must be paid by the patient at the time of services. Reimbursement
amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality
care.
We do not participate in any Dental Insurance Plans, that
is to say that we do not accept what insurance companies have
determined to be appropriate fees for our services. If you
have a Dental Insurance Policy that is either a PPO or a Traditional
plan, we will be more than happy to submit your dental claim
form for you. The patient is responsible to our office for
the total fee; however, we will do whatever possible to help
you receive the maximum dental benefit from your insurance
company.
We require payment in full at the time of service. Please
bring your insurance information with you. We will submit
your insurance claim for you, to ensure that you receive your
maximum benefits and you will be reimbursed directly from
your carrier within one to three weeks. We are here to help

Payment:
For your convenience we offer several payment options:
- Cash or Personal Check
- Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and
American Express.
- Care Credit - We offer financing options of 6 months with
no interest or a low, fixed rate, extended plan ranging
from 24-60 mos. The choice is yours! Rates will depend on
your individual credit rating. An application can be processed
online with approval in seconds.
